Hematology- Oncology Meeting Notes 2/4/26 4:00 PM -Integrative Cancer Care

I'm Jennifer Ron. Many of you may know me from my years as an ER physician here. I became board certified in integrative medicine in 2023 and have trained in naturopathic oncology with ongoing study with Metabolic Regen, a network of naturopathic oncology providers.

I'm also a cancer patient.

That gives me a dual lens which is a privilege. I understand the importance of conventional treatment from both sides: as a physician and as someone navigating this journey myself.   

Using the tools of lifestyle medicine, using blood work, a deep look into the patient’s history, nutrition genome to optimize their health; mind and body so they can show up stronger for your chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. I want to be part of your team —not separate from it. I have an open channel for communication, always in the best interest of the patient.  What are my goals? Higher compliance with treatment. Better outcomes. Fewer side effects. And a foundation for healing and wellbeing that extends into every aspect of the patients’ lives.

I want to re-emphasize the great amount of respect I have for your care and have insisted my patients receive conventional care in addition to my offerings.
